Withdraw Application Letter

By | October 31, 2014

There are several occasions when one apply for a post or some other initiative but for some situations one realizes that he/she will not be able to live up to that commitment. That is when the applicant needs to withdraw the job application and the best way to do it is by writing a withdraw application letter. It must be stated clearly in the letter why the applicant will not be able to go forward with the application and what is causing him/her to draft this application withdraw letter.

Mr. Ray Jenkins

Dance Star Competition

New York

Dated: 08.20.2014

Dear Mr. Jenkins

Subject: Withdraw Application Letter

This letter is to withdraw my application from the talent competition to be held on 08.29.2014. I will not be able to take part in the competition.

I had filled in the application form for the Dance Star competition and was also shortlisted as a quarter-finalist. Though I would love to be part of this competition, it is my back injury that is keeping me away from it. My ballet was what got me to such a start and owing to the injury in my last two vertebrae it has become impossible for me to go ahead with the competition.

Please provide my spot to someone worthy and deserving as I do not see myself dancing for the next two months as advised by the doctor. I hope the most talented person wins the competition. If any other formality is needed to be completed from my side, you can please contact me on 797979797.

Yours Sincerely

Mona Rogers
