Respected Ma’am

I, Peter Pattinson am writing this letter to you to formally accept the training contract that was sent to me on 18th July 2014. I am very happy to have been given this opportunity and would like to thank you for it. I hope that before my formal employment begins, I would be able to learn all that I can through the training.

I realize that to work as a customer care representative, I would need to get proper training to learn about your IT products and the way to troubleshoot their errors and problems.  The 6 month training period is important for me and I assure you that I will be doing my best to learn from it. As given in the contract, I would be present 5 days a week for training and would be willing to give a training test at the end of each month.

I am really looking forward for the training and am sending across the signed contract.

Thanking you again

Yours sincerely,

Peter Pattinson
