Subject: Grievance against lack of facilities for disabled in bus
Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have been living in Chicago since five years and have been travelling in Metro Line buses almost every day. Due to my disability, I have been usually shown respect and offered help by fellow passengers in installing the special seating arrangement for the disabled. However, I have noticed that since a couple of months that most of the special seats do not work properly and there is no place to keep my wheelchair. I have made complaints before but there is no change in the condition of the buses although this is a serious issue.
I request the right authorities to look into the matter and address the problem, otherwise people like me are having an extremely difficult time commuting from one place to another.
Yours truly,
Bonnie James
