This is to bring under your kind information that I had subscribed your magazine on 6th Sep, 2011. The delivery of the magazine should have started from the month of October but I regret to inform you that I have not received even a single copy of your magazine. The bank draft number of subscription is 22889900 and the draft is worth Rs. 1500. I have tried calling at your office several times but of no avail. I always get vague replies from the staff members. This kind of service is annoying to the customers and can result in loss of business.
It will be very kind of you if you notify me on the status of the subscription. Your intervention in this matter will be appreciated. Kindly look into the matter and oblige at your earliest.
