Upon receiving a complaint from a customer about a product or service, reputed companies immediately send a response letter to the customer acknowledging the issue. Response to customer complaint letters are written by companies, to let the customer know that his or her words are important to the company, the company will take immediate action to solve the problem and the company is really sorry for the trouble caused to the customer.
