Mr. Duncan Right, a good friend of yours, mentioned to me the other day that there may be an upcoming opening for a librarian at the Stanford University Main Library. He thought that I would be an ideal candidate for the position as I have qualifications in library studies.
I have worked as a librarian at a local high school for close to five years. I desire to advance my studies in Library science and have already received my admissions letter to Stanford University for the next academic year. As I will be a research only student, I would be able to work in the library while writing my thesis.
