Real Estate Follow Up Letter

By | December 29, 2014

A real estate follow up letter is a letter which a real estate company or its executive writes to a client or a customer to follow up on a real estate deal or a property which the executive showed to the client. The letter is used to reiterate on the qualities of the property. A sample letter for real estate follow up is given below and can be used for reference.

Dear Mr. Jacob,

I am Greg Anthony, the employee of Jackson Tap Real estate brokerage who went with you on a real estate property visit on 15th June 2014.  I would like to tell you that the property at 5th avenue Street has been booked by another customer but the rest of the 3 properties that I showed you are still open.

Sir, if you want I can talk to the owners of the properties for a further 5% discount. If you are slightly interested in any of the properties, kindly let me know soon so that I can start working on the negotiation process with the owner. If you wish, we can go even visit the properties again for your reassurance.

Please either contact me on my personalcontact number or call the company office to have further discussions.

Thanking you

Hope to hear from you soon,

Greg Anthony
