Real Estate Agent Authorization Letter

A real estate agent authorization letter is a formal letter which is written by a real estate agent to authorize another agent to act on his/her behalf. These letters are written to clients or any other related person to tell them that a replacement agent will be providing services from a given date or time period.  A sample has been given below:

I, Fredrick Johnson am writing this letter to you to inform you that I won’t be able to provide my services to you for a period of 3 months due to certain personal reasons. For this period, I authorize Mr. Peter Mathews to act as your real estate agent and consultant and help you out with purchase or sale of any real estate property. I am extremely sorry about the inconvenience that this might cause you but I assure you that Mr. Mathews will prove to be a professional and skilled agent, satisfying all your requirements.

Mr. Peter Mathews is my colleague and I have known him for the last 5 years. He has been working as a real estate agent for 12 years and is thus amply experienced and skilled. He is willing to act on my behalf for 3 months, starting from 5th June onwards and would be glad to recommend you suitable properties.
