Respected Mr. Anderson

I, Fredrick Johnson am writing this letter to you to inform you that I won’t be able to provide my services to you for a period of 3 months due to certain personal reasons. For this period, I authorize Mr. Peter Mathews to act as your real estate agent and consultant and help you out with purchase or sale of any real estate property. I am extremely sorry about the inconvenience that this might cause you but I assure you that Mr. Mathews will prove to be a professional and skilled agent, satisfying all your requirements.

Mr. Peter Mathews is my colleague and I have known him for the last 5 years. He has been working as a real estate agent for 12 years and is thus amply experienced and skilled. He is willing to act on my behalf for 3 months, starting from 5th June onwards and would be glad to recommend you suitable properties. Feel free to call me for any doubts or queries that you may have.

Thanking you

Fredrick Johnson
