A purchase agreement cancellation letter is either written by the purchaser or the seller in order to cancel the purchase agreement that is entered between them. Respected Sir,

I am writing this letter on behalf of Glory Clothing Private Limited. This is in reference to the purchase agreement that was formed between Joseph Charles, CEO of Glory Clothing Private Limited and Mr. Calvin Paul, Manager of Dreams Enterprises Limited, on 10th April 2013. With this letter, we would like to inform you regarding our decision to cancel the purchase agreement with your company.

As per the agreement, Dreams Enterprises Limited was supposed to supply finest linen clothing to Glory Clothing Private Limited. Recently after thorough checking of your supplies, we came to the conclusion that the cloth that you provide to us is not pure and has a mixed cloth in it. Also, the price at which you supply the bulk orders to us is fairly high as compared to the other linen industries. Thus due to these reasons we have decided to cancel the purchase agreement with your organisation.
