Subject: Office rental agreement letter
Respected Mr. Peterson,
I am writing this letter to state the office rental agreement that is formed between Mr. Jacob Mathew, landlord, resident of Main Glorious Villa, Nottingham and Mr. Mark Peterson, tenant, resident of Main Fortune Apartments, Nottingham. The agreement is made as on 30th April 2014.
According to the above stated office rental agreement letter, the landlord hereby agrees to rent his property located at Marine’s Block to the tenant for the official purpose. Both the parties hereby agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1) The monthly office rental for the rented out property is $1000 that is to be paid by the tenant to the landlord on 1st of every month.
2) The premises are to be used only for the official purposes and cannot be used or converted for the residential reasons.
3) The term of the office rental shall begin from 1st May 2014 and would terminate on 30th April 2017. With the legal procedures, any of the parties can declare termination on or before the effective date of termination by serving a 30 days prior notice.
4) Tenant is entitled to pay all the utility charges against the rented office.
