I thank you for your advertisement of the vacant nurse position at your institution. I feel fully equipped to take up the responsibility of missionary nurse at your mission in Africa. I have no dependants here in the U.K and am therefore very flexible. I am ready to relocate as soon as is required.
I am a fully registered nurse with specialization in children’s care. I have studied various tropical diseases as I thought that I would like to work in a tropical country some day. I believe this makes me familiar with the African diseases and therefore further enforces me as the ideal candidate for the position. I am a strong Christian and strive to portray Christian values in my work and personal life. I look forward to meeting you to talk about the position in more detail.
