Dear Sir,
It has been a matter of pride, honor and privilege for me to serve in the Navy for the past 20 years. I am due to retire on 31st December, 2011.
I wish to place on record my sincere thanks and gratitude to all of you for giving me an opportunity to grow and serve.
The Navy will always continue to be very dear to my heart at all times.
