Re: Letter of Intent to Purchase Mater Enterprises
This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Professional Consultants has concluded that we intend to purchase your business. You requested for a purchase price of $ 45,000 for the acquisition of the company. The acquisition includes the firm and all its fixed and non-fixed assets. This is as per the specifications given by your director in the meeting held on April 15, 2007.
We would like to schedule a meeting on the April 22, 2007 to finalize the purchase. By this time we will have all the necessary paperwork ready. The documents will be completed and signed by the relevant parties. On this date, we shall agree on a date when we will officially start operations of the company.
