Dear Sir,

My name is Carla Anderson and I am writing to you on behalf of our charitable foundation Poor Children’s education trust. We are a charitable trust working for towards the education of poor and underprivileged children. We have started a project that provides assistance to children living in Ashton region and require an amount of 20,000 pounds for successfully completing the project.

We have so far received a total donation of 16,000 pounds and are in requirement of another 4000 pounds to complete this project. We have read about your company engaging itself in charitable causes. We would be grateful if your company could offer donation to our charitable trust to fulfill this noble cause. Even if you cannot donate the entire amount of 4000 pounds any amount that you can give will be of great help to us.

I am attaching a brochure which details information about this education project of our charitable trust. You can feel free to contact me for any additional information and I will be glad to provide the same to you.

Hope to get a positive response from your company soon.

Yours sincerely,

Carla Anderson.
