Subject: landlord authorization letter

Dear Mr. Parker

I, Billy Jones am writing this letter to you to authorize you to sublease the property located at A-43, First Floor, Sunrise apartments at Putney, London to any third party or person as long as the lease contract between us is effective.

The contract of lease that was entered between us on 1st Jan 2014 is in effect till 1st Jan 2017. During this period, you can sublease the residential property to any party or person, as long as they satisfy the criteria that has been mentioned in the original lease contract. Keep in mind that the payments received from the sublease will remain with you but any damage to the property will have to be corrected either by the sub lessee or you.

If you are found to be subleasing the property to someone with a criminal record or someone who bring pets, then you will have to pay a serious fine, as mentioned in the document enclosed with this letter.

Thanking you,

Billy Jones
