This is to bring to your notice that I Alfred Rock ,employee code 97 , department Manager Textiles ,has not received the appraisal for my performance for the annual year 2013-2014, and as I inquired to HR I got to know that my job evaluation was discontinued after stage 1 and report was not submitted to HR head. I have been working in this organization since last 15 years and had always maintained a good performance track record. I also have been awarded the best employee for five times.
This is really a shocking a news for me when I came to know that I evaluation was stopped after stage 1. After maintaining such a good track record throughout my tenure of working with this company, I expected a better appraisal this time, but the situation was reverse.
I understand this is not done intentionally, it may be a mistake from the side of HR team, but this is my sincere request to you to please look into the matter and take necessary steps at your earliest.
