Subject: Permission to hunt game birds in your property

Dear Mr. James Stewart,

I am writing this letter to request a permission and grant me to hunt game birds under your restricted private property which is located at 1000 New Meadows, North Hillshire, Edinburg London. I have a game hunting license and I photocopied it enclosed together with my letter to you.  As a hunter for almost 8 years I am a licensed hunter and there are documents that will serve as proof for this if you wish to see and review I am glad to give it personally to your office. I am also aware of the different rules and conditions that are embodied by The Game Act of 1831 which includes the kinds of birds that I am only allowed to hunt including the allowable time period during which it is legal to hunt them. I promise to abide all the laws related to hunting and keep my hunting record in control according to the certain rules and regulations.

I’m hoping that you will grant my request to hunt under your property. I have been there with my friend Mr. John Atlas and it is a wonderful piece of creation which is well maintained and protected by you. I’m looking forward to your response. Thank you.

Respectfully your,

David Anderson
