Subject: Letter for grievance procedure
Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you about some grievances I have about working in the accounts department. Please look into the matter based on the company’s grievance procedures. The main problems I face is about discrimination I face working here as a woman. I am given unimportant assignments and have to face unpleasant behaviour from my co-workers. This is against the policy of the company. However, whenever there is any holiday season, I am given more assignments that any other worker and they are allowed to go on leave.
Such discrimination based on my gender is making it difficult for me to work here. I would highly appreciate if you explain the proceedings or if you could arrange for a grievance hearing at the earliest.
