Subject: Grievance over treatment by employees

Dear Sir,

I was accepted as a member of your esteemed club after a waiting period of nearly 2 years. I feel extremely honoured to be among great masters of the literary and artistic world and was hoping to contribute towards it in my own way. However, I have been having very unpleasant experience with your staff members who repeatedly are depriving me of the basic offers that I am entitled to. Their behaviour is appalling and no action has been taken in spite of my repeated complaints.

I do not know if this happening because I am new to this place. But it is making the over-all experience very uncomfortable for me and I am considering withdrawing my membership. I hope you see to the matter.

Yours truly,

Jimmy Clyde
