Subject: Grievance against servicing agents

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I purchased two air conditioners from your store on January 21st, 2011 but within six months certain problems started occurring in one of the air conditioners. When I filed a complaint with your customer service department, they said that the defective part cannot be replaced as it is not under warranty, however, they can send an agent for servicing of the AC to help it work better.

Till yesterday, no agent came to fix this and when one came yesterday, his behaviour was extremely rude. He did not seem interested in fixing the problem and even after spending almost an hour with the AC, there is no change in the condition.

I request you to look into the matter and send more efficient servicing agents in the future.
