Dear Mr. Shaw,

I, Jack Donalds am writing this letter to you to offer you the sponsorship for our upcoming fundraising event which is being held to collect funds for helping the victims of the Tsunami in Japan. This sponsorship can be very beneficial for your company and its brand image.

The fundraising event is to be held on 30th April 2014 and will be a gala followed by dinner. Many celebrities and people from high society are going to be part of it and by being a sponsor; you can earn a lot of recognition. For the sponsorship of the main entrance or stage, you will have to pay $5000 whereas for the T-Shirts and Mugs, the amount is $2000. Please let us know if you are interested in being a sponsor so that we can work out the details soon. There is not much time left for the proceedings.

Thanking you

Jack Donalds
