Subject: follow up letter after executive interview for accounting department,

Respected Mr. Markson,

I, Greg Anderson am writing this letter to you to thank you for taking my interview for the position of an accounting executive for your company.  I wish to inform you that I am extremely interested in this position and hope that you will consider me for this based on my qualifications and my job interview.

Sir, I have about 8 years of experience in the field of accounting and am ready to be an executive. I have great respect for your company and would be very fortunate to be part of your team.  As I mentioned in my interview, I would be willing to work on both the shifts and would be flexible about the work timings as well.  I hope to hear from you soon regarding my appointment.

Thanking you

Yours sincerely,

Greg Anderson
