Ref:  Our Lease Agreement dated 20^th January, 2009.

This is to inform you about the early termination of the Lease Agreement of my House No. 5-9-217 with effect from 15^th February, 2010 as the house is required for carrying out complete re-wiring of the electrical circuit consequent to the unfortunate fire incident on 25^th January, 2010 for which I have received Notice from DG Fire Dept (Copy attached).

Hence, I request you to vacate my house on or before 15^th February, 2010 and give me vacant possession.
