After reviewing the requests and the enclosed documents, we would like to inform you that your contract termination request has been accepted.

With this letter, we would like to tell you that we are truly sad to lose a professional and a renowned business partner like you. It was a great honour serving your company for over so many years. Enclosed with this letter is a document of the pending invoice that you need to pay before 10th May 2014.

The contractual tenure with your company proved to be informative for us and we hope that you felt the same, but unfortunately it has come to the point of termination. We therefore wish you all the best for your future endeavours.
