Subject: Contract proposal acceptance letter

Dear Mr. Derek,

I am writing this letter on behalf of Glorious Restaurants. I am pleased to inform you about our decision to accept the contract that Tribute Bakery has presented to us. This is in reference to the contract proposal that you have sent to us on 20th April 2014. Reviewing the proposal, we accept to make contract with Tribute Bakery Shop for serving bakery products to our restaurant such as bread, pastries, cookies, buns and cakes etc.

After carefully considering all the leading bakeries in and around the city, we highly appreciate the excellent reputation that your company holds and we therefore believe that we can get qualitative products from your end, at the best prices. We have closely acknowledged the terms and conditions that you have mentioned in the contract and we are looking forward to put it into effect immediately.

Enclosed with this letter is a signed copy of the contract proposal acceptance letter. We have also enclosed a document mentioning our supply needs, date of deliveries and expected price list. We look forward to anticipate and integrate Tribute Bakery Shop’s products in our menu and satisfy the customers in the best possible way. This would in turn be beneficial to both the parties.

Looking forward to have long term association with you.  If you need any other information from our side, please feel free to contact us on 5949593.

Sincerely,

Leonardo Wills
