Company Apology Letter

Sean Modus,

6345 Hull,

Hull City.

4th May 2006

Dear Mr. Modus,

It is with deep regret that I write to inform you of our inability to continue supporting the some of the products that we supply you with. This is as a result of a complete shutdown of production by our suppliers as a result of the economic crunch that has seen most conglomerates in the European community buckle as a result. Our main supplier of Fiscal devices Microtec were forced to shut down operations after they recorded a consecutive quarterly loss of over 208 billion dollars forcing them to close for good. This will in turn force us to discontinue selling their remaining products and use them as substitute machines for those still under warranty and eventually shelve the sale and support of all Microtec products. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and are putting in place measures to ensure that we import other devices of better quality any time soon and we will let you know of their availability. Feel free to get in touch in regard to this or any other query.

Yours truly,

Steve Morris,

Director, Fiscal Devices Limited.
