Subject: Charity event sponsorship letter

Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing this letter with the aim to offer you with the opportunity to sponsor our football game which is held for accumulating money for charity purpose.

The event will be held at the Royal Stadium, London on July 15, 2014. We have already made a plan for the event and have sent an invite to some of the big names from the entertainment world and the sports industry. The number of inquiries that we are receiving for the tickets is quite overwhelming which is why we are expecting all the seats of the stadium to remain full.

The reason behind organizing the event is to help the underprivileged children in the society and we have already organized such an event in the past so we hold adequate experience in the same. As estimated beforehand, the total amount of money required for the event is $2000 and we hope that your organization would also contribute to the same through sponsorship. Although we have various levels of sponsorships including the silver, gold and platinum level, you can choose any amount as per your convenience.

A detailed brochure of the event and sponsorship is enclosed with the letter. We are eagerly looking forward for your reply.

Sincerely,

Sarah Jane.
