I, Mr Darren, am writing this letter to ask a favour from you. I am writing this letter as an application for a week long holiday leave. I have been working tirelessly for the firm for the last 30 months without even a single day leave. I know that the firm values my services and hence, it is for this reason that I am writing this letter to you. I am looking forward to have a week long holiday with my family. I did not want to pretend that I was sick and I needed this holiday. In fact, I do need this holiday for rejuvenating my physical and mental vigour, if not for any sick leave and I am hopeful that the firm will help me taste some rejuvenation.
