<p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium;">Acceptance letters must be courteous and gracious.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium;">Obviously, the letter has to state your acceptance, be it a <strong>job</strong> or a <strong>school admission</strong> <strong>acceptance letter</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium;">Even if you think you are sounding repetitive, it is good to mention and be specific about what you are accepting.  For instance, if you are writing an <strong>Interview Acceptance</strong><strong>Letter</strong>, be sure to mention that.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium;">It is also important to thank the reader for giving you the time or opportunity depending on what you are accepting.  For example, in a <strong>Job acceptance letter</strong> it would be polite to thank the company for giving you the right opportunity.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium;">The tone must be positive and courteous without being casual.</span> </p>
