A cancellation of insurance policy letter is a letter which an insurance company writes to an insurance policy holder to inform him/her that the insurance policy has been cancelled. You had registered for the purchase of policy on 2nd March 2014 and were required to make the payment before 30th March. On repeated reminders, we didn’t receive the full amount from you and now we have no choice but cancel the policy. The $300 that you had deposited shall be sent back to you within one week. Kindly collect your documents back from us during this period and consider this policy dead. If you wish to apply for the same or a new policy, you will have to fulfil the requirements of the entire process again.
