The business offer letter is used to make a written offer for a business opportunity to another company or an individual. This business letter spells out the details of the offer and generally leaves it to the recipient to make a choice on whether to accept or not.

Dear Mr. Ben

We are in the process of launching a new product and would like to offer you the opportunity to spearhead the marketing campaign for it. If you are up to the challenge, we plan to launch it next month using televised adverts and huge billboards first, then spread into print and other media in due course. This is a unique product that has yet to be rivaled as it is fairly new in the market. We believe that you can give it the publicity and the necessary hype it requires. We look forward to meeting with you and discuss the details.

Yours truly,

Martha Bates
