Dear Mr. Casillas,
We would like to inform you that you have not been awarded the tender to spearhead our marketing campaign as you had earlier requested and applied. Our company holds all selected candidate companies with high esteem and prides in awarding the tender to the company that has put all the measures in place based on our requirements list and analysis in mind as well as made a favorable presentation as to how they intend to market our new products. Based on these major plans, we go through a rigorous selection process that seeks to draw out the most commendable approach that will give the highest impact on the market, and a subsequent acceptance by the general public of the new products. This does not mean however, that your company fell short of expectations, we had a choice to make and out of the twenty seven out of ninety total applications, we had to select one company which we felt represented our intentions more clearly than the others. We hope that this will not stop you from tendering next time and regret any inconvenience caused.
Yours Sincerely,
Morse Ballad,
NBL, Regional Chief
