Automotive Service Apology Letter

An automotive service apology letter is written by an automotive center to apologize for the delayed or poor service as complained by the customer. These types of letter must mention the reason for the delay or poor services and must also mention the way in which the automotive center will compensate the unsatisfied customers. Subject: Automotive service apology letter

I am writing this letter to apologize for the incomplete servicing of your car at the Honda Service Center. I would like to mention that we will service your car again free of cost whenever you are ready to bring it in.

As I understand from your complaint letter and also after asking my employees that you wanted the car’s oil changed and also the engine, brake and steering fluids to be changed or replenished as the situation demanded. You also wanted a car wash. But you complained that the engine and brake fluid were not changed, the car was not washed and you had to wait for 45 minutes more than you were promised before you could get you car. I am really sorry on behalf of the entire management for all the inconvenience caused.

I have severely reprimanded the associates at fault and I promise that such things will never happen again. I hope to see you soon.
