To,

Robert Mathews

BUYER (SALE CONTRACT)

D-56, reading road, Henderson Avenue,

Kelly, London, UK

Date: 3rd May 2014

Subject: authorization permission letter

Dear Mr. Mathews

I, William Black am writing this letter to you to inform you that from now onwards I authorize my assistant Mr. David White to collect payments for all goods sold to you, on my behalf. Mr. White has been my confidant and assistant for the last 7 years and I give him permission to accept payments on all due dates.

As you are aware, we entered into a sale contract for the sale and purchase of cotton cloth for an effective period of 2 years. According to the contract, you are the buyer whereas I am the seller for this period of time. Since I am not always present in the city, therefore I am authorizing someone I trust for this job.  I am sure of the fact that Mr. White won’t misuse this authorization in any way and you wouldn’t have to face any problems due to this decision.

I hope that you will be able to trust my assistant and deal with him on all matters related to payment from now onwards.

Thanking you

William Black
