Dear Mr. Edmund,
This is to inform that we had received your request for possible engagement with your firm with regards to the new project initiated at your end. However, we regretfully inform that we would be unable to deliver you the required services and within the stipulated period of time.
We had a short discussion upon which few documents were provided to us in hard copy as well as electronic versions. We had also taken some notes while discussing the matter with you. However, as we send this letter of non engagement, we lawfully destroy all the hard copy and virtual versions of documents provided to us. No information would be divulged and you may seek legal advice for further reference.
As we have not rendered any services whatsoever, you do not owe any impending dues.
