I am officially tendering my resignation as an artist of this publishing company effective one month from now. Rest assured that I am resigning from my post due to reasons unrelated to my work. Our family has decided to settle down in my hometown next month due to personal reasons and I can no longer continue my work here.
It has been a pleasure working in the company for fifteen years. This is the first and only job I have taken and I am very satisfied and happy to have been employed in your company. My stay in your company has been nothing less than memorable and fulfilling. Illustrating is my passion and being able to do so for children’s books is an added bonus. It is very fulfilling to know that I am helping spread happiness and knowledge to hundreds of children through my illustrations.
