Subject: appreciation for your hardwork and efforts

Dear Miss Ahern,

I, Jack Potter am writing this letter to you to express my deepest appreciation for your hardwork and efforts to help me get the difficult concepts of Mathematics and help me achieve good marks in this subject.

I had been going through a very difficult time at school as far as Mathematics was concerned and was scoring low marks in all my examinations but ever since I joined your tuition classes, I started scoring well.  I wish to really thank you from the bottom of my heart for your dedication in helping me get through this difficult period.  Without your constant support, patience, hardwork and attention, I wouldn’t have been able to understand the concepts at which I was weak earlier.

My parents are also very happy about my growth in Mathematics and would soon meet you to thank you personally. I hope to be under your positive energy and guidance throughout school.

Yours sincerely,

Jack Potter
