Dear Mr. Mehra,
I am a student of yours in one of your Biology classes and I would like to apologize to you for the rude remark I made about you during one of the classes. I know that you were very embarassed by my remark and that it has negatively affected your self-esteem. I apologize sincerely for what I did which suddenly came out of my mouth because I was in a bad mood that day. I had just received the results of several exams I have had and I got low scores, thus my bad manner during the class. It is kind of you to decide not to report my act to the school director and I thank you for saving me from reprimand. I do hope I can make up for my actions in any way possible.
Again, I apologize for what I did and I promise not to do it again.
