My Dearest Radha,
I know you are very angry with me after seeing me in an inebriated condition at the McDonalds yesterday. Do keep your anger aside for a moment and give me a chance to explain myself.
You know I love you a lot and I must tell you the truth, so that you do not misunderstand me. I was hanging out with a few friends who I thought were decent. One of the guys invited us over to his home. He gave us something to drink and it was really intoxicating. We all got to drink a little over the brink. That is when we decided to go to McDonalds and unfortunately ran into you.
I am really sorry for the way I behaved yesterday, it was under the influence of alcohol. I assure you I am not addicted to drinking and you will never see me in such a state again.
