Dear Mr. Malik,

In behalf of the Delhi School, I would like to apologize for cancelling our order for 100 units of desktop computers which we ordered from your company last month.  The two computers you have delivered earlier to us were recently checked by our computer technician and he has told us that the units do not meet the standards and requirements that we specified in our order.  The computer units must meet the requirements set forth by the school board or else the orders will be disapproved by the auditors.  I hope you understand our situation but we also trusted your company to deliver the correct computer units.

Please refund the initial payment that we have already given in advance as per our agreement.
