Ref:  Our Lease Deed dated 20^th January, 2009.

I intend to terminate the Lease Deed of my Flat # 206, H.No. 5-9-217 with effect from 1^st April, 2010 as the same is required for the use of my son who is returning from USA by the end of February, 2010.

Hence, I request you to vacate my Flat # 206 on or before 20^th March, 2010 and give me vacant possession of the same.
