Subject: Admission proposal letter
I am writing this letter on behalf of Institute of Business Studies. This letter is in reference to the admission request letter that you have sent to us on 15th April 2014, requesting the admission in MBA program. We are pleased to inform you that we have an admission proposal for you and you are hereby offered provisional admission in the MBA course at Institute of Business Studies.
Reviewing your educational profile and the performance during the interview sessions, board of directors were impressed to see your confidence and interest to study at our Institute. You have been therefore granted the provisional admission on the following terms and conditions:
1) You are required to submit the “Admission Acceptance Letter” to the reception desk latest by 5th May and have to submit the demand draft of $1000 as the security fees.
2) For registration and confirmation purposes, you have to meet Mr. Harry Paul, admission head, sharp at 9:00 AM on 15th May 2014.
3) At the time of final registration, you are requested to pay $4000 as the semester fees and $200 as the mess charges, by demand draft, duly made in the name of Institute of Business Studies.
Your acceptance to join the institute will automatically mean the acceptance to follow all the terms and conditions and rules and regulations of the University. We look forward for an early reply to this admission proposal letter.
