Subject: Admission cancellation letter

Respected Sir,

I am writing this letter to request for the cancellation of my admission from your University. I am Bob Charles with student admission number 434 and I was approved for the admission at your University in Business Management course. I was given the admission acceptance and confirmation letter on 1st April 2014.

I regret to inform you that I wish to cancel my admission from your University as my father is going through his job relocation and we are in the process of shifting to Nottingham. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused but I request you to kindly cancel my seat and return me the documents that I have submitted at the admission desk. I would like to inform you that I have submitted the security deposit of $1000, original mark sheet of my high school, copy of the identity proof, certificates of excellence and birth certificate. I will need these documents to apply for the admission at some other University that are located in Nottingham.

I would be heartily thankful to you if you can pay prompt attention to this matter as the admission procedures are on the verge of closing at Nottingham’s Universities. I am looking forward for an early response from your side.  If you need any kind of details or assistance from my side, please feel free to contact me on 4849594.

Thanking you.

Sincerely,

Bob Charles
