Administrative leave letter is a form of letter made for disciplinary action against an employee for purpose of informing him or her for a temporary suspension until such time the situation can be resolve and he or she can come back for work once advised by his or her superior.

Dear Mr. Harris,

This letter is informing you that effective immediately on 31st of May 2015, you are placed for a 30 days of administrative leave with pay. This leave is for the purpose of investigation against your actions last May 1 of 2015 for approximately 30 days duration. The duration of the said leave shall request you to refrain from coming to work premises until the time comes that you are now notified to return for work.

If there is a need for further disciplinary action, the worst scenario if termination is the offense suited against your actions as a result of the investigation, we will be informed you as soon as possible and if the investigation of your actions exceeded from 30 days given, we will also informed you.

Please advised us immediately if there is a change in your contact information so that we can inform you and reach you during your administrative leave if necessary.
